Traditionally, remodeling has consisted of homeowners wading through the contractor bid process without a firm plan or design. Each bid is based solely on a conversation and the contractors’ vision of the project. This method is crude at best, and does not allow for the customer to make an accurate comparison. Alternatively, a homeowner may have opted to retain several separate parties- a designer, architect, an engineer to create the plans, and multiple tradesmen to complete the project. This method is labor intensive for the client, allows substantial room for miscommunication, and does not promote accountability or cost efficiency. CCR allows you to work with only one firm throughout your entire remodeling project.
